Colleen Heidenreich

Coco (Colleen) Heidenreich is Owner & CFO of NimbleJack Partners, a U.S.-based sourcing partner specializing in closures and capsules for the distilled spirits and wine industry. Since founding the company in 2016, she has focused on helping brand owners simplify one of the most overlooked—but critical—parts of their packaging: how the bottle is sealed, performs, and ultimately represents the brand.

Rather than selling a single product line, NimbleJack works across multiple global manufacturers to design the best-performing closure and capsule system for each client’s specific bottle, filling process, and brand positioning. The company then manages everything end-to-end—from sourcing and testing to production and delivery—so clients can avoid costly mistakes, delays, and performance issues.

Coco’s background uniquely bridges both the creative and technical sides of the industry. She began her career in winemaking in Napa Valley before earning her law degree in San Francisco. This combination gives her a practical, detail-oriented understanding of production realities, while also bringing a strategic, problem-solving mindset to each client relationship.

She works closely with distillers and brand owners—especially those launching or scaling—to ensure their packaging not only looks right, but functions flawlessly from day one.
