James Niekamp

James is an attorney who represents alcohol beverage producers, wholesalers, and retailers as they navigate Federal & State regulatory issues, including permits, compliance, excise tax, and TTB audits. Prior to law school, James interned for two summers with the Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau ("TTB") where he gained experience processing permit applications. He currently works in the Corporate and Real Estate practice groups of the Cincinnati law firm Graydon Head & Ritchey LLP. Outside of his private practice, James serves as a Captain in the U. S. Army Reserve's Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps.
